An Approved Vendor of Illinois Shines
Infinity Power is an Approved Vendor of the Illinois Shines program, also known as the Adjustable Block Program or “ABP.” Illinois Shines is a state-administered program for new solar development and solar PV systems. Infinity Power supports the marketing and subscriptions to Community Solar farms that produce local solar power, and the Renewable Energy Credits, or “RECs” are sold to the Illinois Shines program to help Illinois reach its renewable energy goals. The affiliated Community Solar savings offer is based on Clearway Community Solar’s guaranteed 20% discount on the value of the solar bill credits, or net metering credits, generated by a residential customer’s subscription for customers on the default supply service rate with the utility (ComEd or Ameren) only, after the solar farm activates. Customers will still receive a utility bill and are responsible for payment. Solar production may vary each month and the impact on a customer’s utility bill may vary. Customers may cancel their Clearway Community Solar subscription with the minimum notice period identified in the Clearway Community Solar Agreement. Subject to the terms of the Community Solar Agreement, the cancellation fee ranges from $0-$200 and will be waived No minimum credit requirement, subject to farm availability.
